We will come back as had a really nice time and liked the hotel. Absolutely perfect location, great service - everything is great. The staff are incredibly nice and very pleasant, overall.

That was nice hotel set in upscale area, right by McKinney, and the two hospitals. The breakfasts where more than adequate and hot with apple juices and orange & apple juices, for example, couldn’t ask for anything better. The location was marvellous and the room was clean.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to highways, and there are plenty of eating places and shopping options nearby. Compared to other hotels in the area, some of which are pretty bad, this hotel offers a good value for the price. The rooms are clean and decently sized, with newer bedding and furniture. The bathroom is equipped with necessary amenities, including a hairdryer and toiletries. The complimentary breakfast offers a variety of options to choose from, including waffles, eggs, sausage, pastries, fruit.

The elevator was out of order, causing inconvenience for guests.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions in the area. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-equipped room. The amenities, including the widescreen HD TV and the complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, added to the comfort of our stay. we had a highly enjoyable experience.

There were a couple of minor downsides during our stay. The breakfast provided was a bit hit and miss, with some items not being up to temperature and a few missing supplies.

The room with king bed. It was based in nice building in a perfectly comfortable location, to everything including the freeway.

The front desk staff at Quality Inn were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They made sure that our check-in process was smooth and efficient. One staff member in particular, Megan, went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the hotel had a great fitness room. The location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. I would highly recommend Quality Inn for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Had a great stay at the Quality Inn West Plano - Dallas. The venue was nice, and I appreciated the convenient location close to Dallas, Richardson, and Plano. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the nearby amenities. My room was neat and included an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV.

The room was a good size and looked like it had just been built. It had a comfy king bed along with plenty of towels for us to use. 🛏️ The breakfast had everything we needed and more - English muffins, and both orange and apple juice. It really hit the spot.

For the price, my stay at Quality Inn West Plano - Dallas was excellent. The room was comfortable, with lots of plug outlets and USB outlets. The overnight staff were attentive and handled a situation with a drunk guest quickly and efficiently at 2 a.m. The location was convenient, with restaurants nearby, and the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating when I had to modify my arrival date due to weather.

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The overnight staff was especially helpful and even addressed a disruptive guest at 2 a.m. promptly. They also allowed me to check in early after my surgery, which was greatly appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and free of strong scents, which is a bonus for someone like me who is sensitive to smells. it was a good value for the money and a quiet place to stay.
